Problems for BC at the fundamental level require fundamental changes.
A BC Refed government will propose three fundamental political changes to dramatically improve life for all British Columbians:
BC Refed IS THE ONLY PARTY THAT WILL EMPOWER THE PEOPLE BY:
(1) Installing a BC Constitution placing the people as the ultimate authority, rather than the Premier-chosen Lieutenant Governor.
(2) In that BC Constitution, giving the people an optional veto over Victoria legislation, and workable recall.
(3) From that BC Constitutional power, renegotiating with Ottawa our provincial rights unlawfully invaded by the federal charter.
THIS IS REAL CHANGE....a change based on 9yrs of intense research and legal credibility — our 1,2,3, plan is the key to our 10 point policy platform designed to lead British Columbia into the 21st century.

Remember, the people combined have more power than the politicians. We can do it. BC Refed is the only party in the province that proposes another way, a better way, to govern ourselves in BC. Right now we in BC do not govern ourselves. We are ruled. It is time for a change.

What can stop them happening ? One thing only. The failure of British Columbians to organize the power of their vote. Who will lead this (peaceful) revolution ? BC is full of natural leaders who can improve life for British Columbians if shown a workable plan. Who will produce a workable plan ? The BC Refederation Party’s 1,2,3 Plan can lead the way. It can be improved. It charts the way to fundamental changes for BC.
Starting with BC, the RefedPlan© will federate the country again – will promote an re-federation - and will return us to the terms of the original federating of the provinces in 1867.

BC Refed’s ideas make possible a movement towards the re-federating of Canada, starting with BC. These ideas think “outside the box”, and they are backed by both international law and Canadian domestic legal principles.
The BC Refederatiion Party’s fresh solutions to the problems of re-balancing our confederation in favor of the provinces are well described by author - philosopher - activist Richard Moore in his book “Escaping The Matrix”.
The RefedPlan© is engaged in a huge task, but it has created solutions grounded in reality, not floating in some dreamworld. Making demands of Ottawa has never worked and never will. But the RefedPlan© solution will bring Ottawa to the negotiating table by means of “the power of the purse”, by a tax revolt by the province of BC, by the return to the original tax-sharing agreement that created Ottawa in the first place. A BC Refed government in Victoria will phase in the withholding of all direct taxes raised in this province, and will pay Ottawa for federal services rendered to the province. - no more.
