The BC Refederation Party has confidence that the non-partisan “Vander Zalm Initiative to repeal the HSt” will succeed, because most British Columbians will be against the HSt when they realize how bad it is, and also because the Initiative team is so well organized. On what grounds could the BC Refederation Party refuse to comply with the country’s constitution ? There are three grounds.
